Naniboujou respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described below without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Naniboujou protects user information using secure servers, firewalls and SSL encryption to protect consumer privacy. General order information such as contact data is saved securely in our database. For your privacy and protection only the last four digits of your credit card and your expiration date are stored in our servers. Your credit card number is only securely passed on to the transaction gateway to process your order.

Payment
You can pay for your item by credit card or debit card. We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. Payment authorization must be approved before we can deliver your order. Payment is received in US Dollars only.
Delivery
All purchases take will take 1-5 business days to send. Items will be delivered via the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase. If for some reason an item is not available, we will contact you directly to make arrangements for future delivery or provide you the option to receive a refund on the item.
Returns and Refunds
We will refund or exchange your item if requested within 30 days, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition and you show proof of purchase. To obtain a refund simply email, call or write us to the information below. Please describe your situation, include your name, phone number and order number or transaction ID.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of either an approval or denial of the returned item and your refund. If approved, we will refund your card immediately. You will receive your refund onto your credit card within 7 to 10 business days.
